Our Mission
FlightMonkeys helps general aviation pilots, owners, and enthusiasts make smarter decisions about avionics, gear, and flight technology. We publish practical insights, honest product reviews, and real-world experiences from the GA community.
Audience: private pilots, CFIs/CFIIs, A&Ps/IAs, avionics techs, aircraft owners, and flight students.

Editorial Guidelines
- Length: 800–1,800 words; use clear headings (H2/H3), lists, and short paragraphs.
- Originality: Your work must be original and unpublished elsewhere. No AI-spun or recycled posts.
- Accuracy: Be factual. Cite data or manuals where appropriate for claims and specifications.
- Tone: Professional and conversational — write like you’re helping another pilot.
- Images: Optional but encouraged. Use your own photos or royalty-free images with attribution.
- Safety: We do not publish flight-critical procedures or operational checklists.
Link Policy
- Author Bio: One do-follow link to your personal or professional site is allowed.
- In-content links: Only if highly relevant and non-promotional. No affiliate links.
- Sponsorships: Any sponsored content or affiliate linking requires prior written approval.
Submission Process
- Pitch first: Submit via the form below with title, outline, and your background.
- Approval: We’ll respond within 5 business days if the topic fits.
- Submit draft: After approval, send Google Doc/Word with images/attribution if used.
- Editorial review: We may edit for clarity, SEO, and compliance.
- Publication: We’ll email the live link and share assets when scheduled.
Compensation & Rights
Guest posts are currently unpaid. Contributors receive a byline, bio, and exposure to a targeted GA audience.
By submitting, you grant FlightMonkeys a non-exclusive right to edit, publish, and promote your article on our site and social channels. You retain ownership and may republish after 30 days, with a canonical link back to the original post.
